"Iran will also resist imposed peace" - Khamenei's message
![]() Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has said that Israel has made a big mistake and will be punished for it. In a televised address, Khamenei praised the Iranian people’s “calm, courageous and timely” response to Israel’s aggression, calling it a demonstration of the nation’s maturity and spiritual strength. “The Zionist regime has made a serious mistake and will bear the consequences. Iran will not forgive the violation of its airspace and will not forget the blood of its martyrs. The Iranian people are resolutely opposed to an imposed war and will be equally resolute in resisting an imposed peace. This people will never give in to pressure. Those who are familiar with the history and character of the Iranian people know that they cannot be spoken to in the language of threats. The Americans must understand that any military intervention will cause them irreparable harm,” Khamenei said. |
