IRGC Commander: "Iranian Armed forces are ready for any scenario, including war"

Iran's armed forces are ready for any scenario, including war, said Hossein Salami, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, part of the Iranian armed forces), amid reports of a possible strike on Iran. "The enemy sometimes threatens us with a military scenario. We have always said and we repeat today that we are absolutely ready for any scenario," Salami was quoted as saying by SNN.

Recall that CBS, citing US officials, reported that Israel is ready for military action against Iran. President Trump called the Middle East a "dangerous place."
