![]() The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) blew up a 1.5-kilometer-long tunnel belonging to the radical Hamas movement during an operation in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, the IDF Spokesperson's Office reported. "During the operation in Khan Yunis, troops discovered and destroyed an underground tunnel about 1.5 kilometers long. Hamas terrorists used the tunnel as a hideout, and dozens of weapons and an ammunition depot were located inside," the statement said.
