US-Turkey-Ukraine meeting kicks off in Istanbul

![]() Negotiations between the delegations of the United States, Turkey and Ukraine have started in Istanbul. The United States is represented at the trilateral meeting by Secretary of State Rubio and Special Envoy Kellogg, as well as Ambassador Barak, a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian delegation includes Zelensky's chief of staff Yermak, Defense Minister Umerov and Foreign Minister Sibiha. Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is participating in the meeting from the Turkish side. |
