Five people killed in shooting in Makhachkala

In Makhachkala, a driver opened fire on police officers who were trying to stop their car, causing injuries. This was reported by the head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov.

"Three police officers were killed in an attack on a traffic police unit in Makhachkala," the Dagestan Interior Ministry later reported.

The criminals fled in a company car.

It is also reported that the shooter was neutralized by police officers.

A 12-year-old girl was injured.
