Bagai: "Iran will target any country from whose territory it is attacked"

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei, according to Snn.ir, said he had issued a warning to the countries of the region after the Iranian Defense Minister threatened the United States and Israel.

"All countries are obliged, in accordance with the indisputable principle of international law, to prevent any third party from attacking other countries from their territory. If Iran is attacked from the territory of any country, that point will be considered a legitimate target," Baghaei stressed.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman noted that Iran is determined to maintain friendly and close relations with all countries and neighbors in the region.

Earlier, Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh warned that the Americans cannot threaten Iran, since their bases throughout the region are under Iranian targeting.
