"Many of our allies celebrate May 8 as Victory Day, but we have done more to win than any other country," he wrote on his Truth Social network. In connection with this statement, Trump declared May 8 Victory Day, and November 11 Victory Day in the First World War. According to the head of state, it was the United States that won both wars.
