Zurabishvili։ "I would like to apologize to our neighboring nation"

After the return leg of the UEFA Nations League playoff between Georgia and Armenia in Tbilisi, Georgian fans threw objects at Armenian fans, which caused a huge stir in both Armenia and Georgia.

Former Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili commented on the incident.

"I would like to apologize to our neighboring nation for the indecent behavior of some of our uncivilized citizens.

We have been and will be neighborly states, nations with an ancient Christian religion, and we will live peacefully in the European Caucasus," Salome Zurabishvili wrote.
