 US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's religiosity does not make the US a friendly country with common values for Russia, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters. Earlier, Rubio appeared with a cross painted with ashes on his forehead, symbolizing the beginning of Lent.
