![]() Igor Borisovich Titov has been appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in the city of Gyumri, Republic of Armenia. “In 2019-2023, Titov headed the Rossotrudnichestvo representation in Japan, in 2023-2024 he was the vice president of the all-Russian public organization “Russia-Japan Society”, in 2024-2025 he was the head of the priority group for the opening of the Consulate General of Russia in Kapan,” the Russian Foreign Ministry reported. |
