New York: Moment earthquake interrupts UN Security Council meeting

A magnitude 4.8 earthquake has been felt across New York and surrounding areas.
A camera at a UN Security Council meeting captured the the moment attendees were interrupted by the tremor.
The quake's epicentre was near Lebanon, New Jersey, about 40 miles (64km) west of New York City.
