Russian and Belarusian aircraft stopped serving in Turkey after a letter from the US Department of Commerce

Starting March 16, Russian aircraft departing from Turkey will land for refueling in Sochi. Turkish aircraft were banned from buying fuel from Lukoil and Gazprom, which are under sanctions.
