Arayik Harutyunyan signed decrees

On March 14, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed decrees, according to which Samvel Avetisyan was dismissed from the post of Minister of Healthcare, according to his own request. Vardan Tadevosyan was appointed Minister of Healthcare.
