“Poland is ready to give its MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine as part of an international coalition”, President Andrzej Duda said in an interview with CNN International in Abu Dhabi. He added that Ukraine is to receive F-16 aircraft in the future. “The rest of the MiG-29s that we have in Poland and that are now serving in our air force - we are ready to deliver these planes and I am sure that Ukraine would be ready to use them immediately,” Duda said. The Polish president noted that he believes the Ukrainian armed forces will want to strive for NATO standards in the future and that they will use the F-16. |
