An earthquake struck Azerbaijan

In Bilyasuvar district of Azerbaijan tremors of magnitude 4.2 were recorded, March 8, the Republican Center of Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan reported.

The epicenter of the earthquake was 20 km northwest of the Jalilabad seismic station.
According to seismologists, tremors were felt in areas adjacent to Bilyasuvar with a magnitude of 3.0.
