Azerbaijani army serviceman killed his commander

According to the Azerbaijani opposition journalist Hebib Muntezir, a commander of Azerbaijani army was killed in one of the military units located in Akna (Agdam). He was killed by a serviceman of the unit, who deals with mental health problems. The soldier is arrested.
