Russian threw a child out of a window because of crying

In the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region, a local resident who threw a two-year-old child out of a window because of her cry was found to be guilty and is arrested, the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia reported.

A comprehensive forensic psychiatric examination, conducted by the investigator's decision, established that the man who threw the two-year-old girl out of the window was aware of the nature of his actions and could control and lead them.
It is also noted that the person was in a state of alcohol intoxication.
