,,Yesterday's meeting of representatives of Azerbaijan and Artsakh cannot be considered the beginning of a dialogue between Baku-Stepanakert,,: David Babayan

Yesterday's meeting of representatives of Azerbaijan and Artsakh cannot be considered the beginning of a dialogue between Baku-Stepanakert. This is not a political meeting. It concerned infrastructures, unblocking the road, negotiations and consultations that #Russian #peacekeepers have been conducting since the very first day of the #blockade of Artsakh. I repeat, in no case should this be considered as a dialogue on political issues related to the future of Artsakh.
Meetings in this format are important, but this does not mean that anyone can imagine Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan in any format. This is impossible. Since 1988, no one in Artsakh imagines himself and his country as part of Azerbaijan. Even from 1921 to 1988, when Artsakh was forcibly incorporated into the Azerbaijan Soviet Republic, the people of Artsakh did not put up with this reality. Now we need to do everything to unblock Artsakh and end the humanitarian crisis in the country.
It is necessary to unite and save Artsakh by pursuing a wise policy.
