Due to the insufficient supply of food, the activity of kindergartens and preschool groups of secondary schools has been suspended. The ongoing blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan has led to the violation of the right to education of thousands of children.
Civilized society should not be blind to another violation of the fundamental norms of international law by Azerbaijan. I expect practical steps from my international partners.
