,,Opening the humanitarian air corridor in Artsakh should become an agenda and urgent solution,,: Mane Tandilyan

It's been six days already since some Azerbaijanis posing as "environment activists" illegally blocked the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the rest of the world. Up to now, 120.000 civilians of the Republic of Artsakh, including 30.000 children, are under a total blockade and deprived of fundamental necessities.
Artsakh's food, medical, and energy supplies are currently stopped.
Meanwhile, a fully functional airport is ready in Stepanakert, which can receive planes with humanitarian aid. Applying this way of salvation is only possible by the straightforward determination of the international community. For humanitarian planes to fly to Artsakh, the world must demonstrate the will and clear decision to follow universally shared values.
The diplomatic activities carried out in this direction should be intensified. It is necessary to put all the efforts and resources into getting the required arrangements and reach this essential decision.
To avoid crises led by Azerbaijan's provocations and not end up in such devastating situations, opening the humanitarian air corridor in Artsakh should become an agenda and urgent solution. To save Artsakh as a unique community the air route has paramount importance․
