Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the spokesman of the upper house of the parliament of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, as part of his participation in the Caspian Summit in Ashgabat on June 29 and personally congratulate him on his anniversary. Russian vice-president Yury Ushakov said at a briefing on Monday that the Russian Federation will hold bilateral meetings with the presidents of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Iran. |
