Former President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon, current Honorary President of PSRM, was detained for 72 hours, sources say Deschide.MD. The officers of the Intelligence and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova, together with the anti-corruption prosecutors, descended with searches at the home of the former president Igor Dodon, Deschide.MD reports. At the same time, the socialist’s brother-in-law, Petru Merineanu, was also detained. Sources claim that Merineanu tried to destroy several pieces of evidence. |
