Recruitment agency Kelly Services will sell a business in Russia
The international recruitment agency Kelly Services has decided to sell its business in Russia, according to Forbes. According to the source of the publication, there are three candidate companies for the purchase of the agency. The CEO of Kelly Services management company Peter Quigley said that after the sale of the business, the agency would leave Russia. The agency’s press service told Forbes that they would transfer their assets from international to Russian management. This decision was made “in connection with the prevailing circumstances and after a thorough analysis of its structure and capabilities,” the company explained. Now the management of Kelly Services is working on a transfer strategy that “will ensure the security of the business and the continuation of the operations of the Russian divisions of Kelly Services.” Under what conditions the transfer to Russian owners will be carried out, the agency did not specify. A Forbes source in one of the Russian recruiting companies admitted that the company could sell or transfer the Russian part of the business to local management.
