Foreign Minister announces first Magnitsky-style sanctions with 39 Russians subject

The Morrison government has announced the first set of Magnitsky-style sanctions which target Russians over corruption.
Foreign Minister Marise Payne on Tuesday said the government will honour the late Sergei Magnitsky, who uncovered widespread corruption by Russian tax and law enforcement officials, through the sanctions.
