 The 27th Ministerial Council of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) meeting kicks off via video conference on Thursday, December 3, with a large number of ministers and officials from the 57 OSCE states in attendance. The meeting, hosted this year by Albania, is set to strengthen the dialogue on security issues in the OSCE area. |
