Arayik Harutyunyan made new appointments

President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree, according to which colonel Arthur Sargsyan was appointed deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army on moral and psychological support.
According to another presidential decree Hovhannes Avagyan was appointed deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army.
