Trump complicate U.S. citizenship for poor
The U.S. Supreme court allowed the administration of President Donald trump complicate obtaining a residence permit in the U.S. for immigrants who need public support. On it informs Agency Reuters.
The relevant inquiry, which advocates the rights of migrants called the “filter against the poor” voted five out of nine judges, including two appointed by the President. Now with this decision removed the lock installed in the fall of 2019 at the initiative of several States and NGOs.
The state can refuse to foreigners to receive a green card because of their insufficient level of education, knowledge of English language or age factors, which can predict what the future population will need vouchers for estate, free medical insurance and other programs of social support.
