Foreign Minister of Artsakh received Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk

On August 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Masis Mayilian received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

During the meeting, Artsakh Foreign Minister discussed the issue of prisoner of war Arayik Ghazaryan being held in Azerbaijan and the possibilities for his repatriation, stressing the need for parties to the conflict to fulfill their obligations on complying with international humanitarian law.

The sides exchanged views on the situation on the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, as well as the monitoring missions conducted by the Office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson- in- Office.
