Luis Enrique is no longer the head coach of Spain. The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales will announce that the Asturian will be stepping down from his position, following his personal issue that has prevented him from coaching La Roja since March. At all times the 49-year-old has had the support of the RFEF, and they have never questioned Luis Enrique's situation away from football during this time. Now, Luis Enrique has made the decision to step away from the national team and has given his blessing for Rubiales to name a successor. |
