Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia
On April 15, at the initiative of the Russian side, Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Elmar Mammadyarov and Sergei Lavrov held a working meeting in Moscow with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Visconti (France), Andrew Shoffer (USA), as well as Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. Proceeding from the outcome of the March 29th Vienna meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, they considered prospects of advancing the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. The interlocutors exchanged views on the measures aimed at the further reduction of tensions in the conflict zone and on the initiation of interaction in the humanitarian field. |
