![]() Bina yıldırım announced his resignation from the post of Chairman of the Grand national Assembly (Parliament) of Turkey (TGNA). It is reported by UNN with reference to the Anadolu Agency. “Today I am leaving the post of Chairman of the Grand national Assembly of Turkey. The first thing I will do after this event – submit to the Assembly his resignation,” said Yildirim at the event attended by former heads of the Assembly and of deputies of the Turkish Parliament of the 27th convocation. According to him, the election of a new speaker will be held February 19 at 9:00 Turkish time. Yildirim said that until the election of a new Chairman of the Assembly, his duties will be fulfilled by member of Parliament Jalal Adnan. |
