There was a bullet of shotgun on the burnt body in Gay village
In Vagharshapat Investigation Department of Armavir Regional Investigation Department of RA Investigative Committee are being taken investigative and other procedural actions to find out the circumstances of the murder of a resident of Gay village of Armavir region. On February 23, 2018, at 07.00, Etchmiadzin firefighting service received a call that in Gay village a house is burning and maybe there can be a man inside. There were immediately sent an investigative-operative group. It turned out that at 6.40 neighbors noticed and alarmed that fire brock out in the villager R. Hayrapetyan’s house (born in 1957). In the living-room R. Hayrapetyan’s burnt-death body was found. As a result of the autopsy on the left side of the chest under the skin of the front surface 2 plastic pig-containers (fractions of shotgun bullet) were removed from R. Hayrapetyan's body, as well as numerous metal fractions were removed from the internal organs. A criminal case has been instituted at Armavir Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee on the occasion of R. Hayrapetyan’s murder and the destruction of another's property by arson in accordance with the article 104 (part 1) and the article 185 (part 2, point 1) of the RA Criminal Code.
